Suji-1 cup
Flour-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Amount like warm hot water

To make papri chaat
Boil 2 medium potatoes
1 finely chopped onion
1 tomato paste
1 cup fried jhuri
1 cup sour yogurt
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons chaat masala
1 tablespoon fried cumin powder
1 teaspoon bit salt
2 handfuls of coriander leaves
1 handful of mint leaves
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 raw chilli
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup Kabli Chana (soaked and boiled overnight)

Method of papri chaat

First mix flour, semolina, salt and mix it very well with warm water. The makhata will harden then cover with a thin damp cloth. After half an hour, cut the lentils from the semolina and flour and make the sand too thin or too thick. Then cut the round into equal sizes with a lid or cookie cutter and make a small hole with a small cut spoon. Then heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, two or three lentils should be fried well with oil.

Now boiled potatoes, kabli gram, chaat masala, fried cumin powder, a little salt to taste. Then you have to beat sour curd and sugar very well in a pot.

For green chutney, mint leaf powder, coriander leaf powder a little, ginger, chilli, sugar, salt and 2 teaspoons of sour curd are mixed well.
